Yeah me too. Though it's really because of my experience by playing with Valan.
So first off he's the Nerevarine, and Idriol Nerevar was Almalexias husband until she and the tribune killed him. So Azura put a it's on the elves and turned the chimer into the Dunmer. And vowed to send back nerevar reborn. Turns out it ends up being a genetic disorderly legally blind nerdy Dunmer by the name of Valan Velothi. He's somewhat friends with Vivec, but they don't always get along (mostly because Vivec just makes a bunch of comments and makes Valan uncomfortable because he's AroAce and is just like NO) and he and Sotha Sil are good friends as their both mages. And Almalexia and Valan can't be left alone together because they will attempt to murder each other.
