"I'm going on an adventure!" (Anna)

Setting: Whiterun, Skyrim 4E 201 7:15 AM 

Its early when I wake up. Farkas is still sleeping peacefully, he's cute when he sleeps, his breath is slow and even, his black hair covers his face slightly, and I brush it out of the way. I should probably go back to my room now. I get up to leave but feel a tug on my sleeve "stay." He whispers, still at least half asleep. "Eh what's another hour or so." I think to myself then whisper back "okay." And climb back into bed. 

An hour later there's a knock on the door. Someone opens the door. It's Vilkas, Farkas' twin brother. "Are you guys awake?" He asks peeking his head in, the two of us sit up "we are now." Farkas says to his brother. Vilkas smirks "your welcome...and I'd get up soon so you don't miss breakfast." He says and walks away. We meet him upstairs and after we finish the three of us go outside and sit in the courtyard. "So what do you wanna do today?" Farkas asks me as we sit up against the wall and Vilkas sits opposite to us. I strum my fingers against my knee as I think. "Well, that depends what could we do? I need examples before I can decide." He nods "okay. We could go walk around the city, we could stay here and hang out with Vilkas, Alea, Ria and the others." Vilkas interrupts not looking up from shuffling the cards "I vote for that one!" He exclaims. I laugh at that "You sound like Jillian!" I say. He looks at me "who?" "Oh, right I forgot you two haven't met her yet. She's my best friend...and my only childhood friend pretty much." Vilkas drops the cards he'd been figgeting with and looks at me "that's so sad." He says, I shrug "eh it's not so bad. But what I meant is that she'd do the same thing that you did with the interrupting, like if it was me, Jordan, whose her girlfriend...yeah she's gay. And her we'd all be talking and then she'd interrupt with an idea, but they were almost always good ideas so it was fine." The twins nod, Vilkas goes back to shuffling the cards. "So back to what we were talking about we could walk around, stay here, go to riverwood and see Ralof maybe, or we could go on an adventure and go wander around the countryside." I think over the ideas "last one." I say. Farkas nods "what are you doin' ?" Vilkas asks scrambling the cards, straightening them out and then stuffs them in his pocket as he stands up and looks at us. I get up and dust off my red dress "we're gonna go kill some dragons and stuff, wanna come?" I reply. "Sure! Lead on, Anna my friend."  says. And the three of us walk out of the courtyard, down past the market, and out the city gate. 

We stop at the stables and I get my horse, Frost is his name. He's a beautiful horse, his overall body is a cream color and his mane and tail are pure white, like snow. That's why he's named Frost. I climb onto him, grab the reins and look at the twins. "Ready to go?" Two nods. Okay, let's go. We walk along the road outside of whiterun and I have Frost walk so Farkas and Vilkas can keep up, as they don't have their own horses. We eventually get to a barrow called Ragnvald, it's a strange place. Filled with these ghosts that say "no I don't want to attack you!" And yet go and try to kill you! I dismount frost and start two spells, fireball in the left, and ice spike in the right. The twins draw their swords and we manage to take care of them fairly easily. We then go inside the barrow and encounter more of the ghosts and some dragur but their not too hard. Eventually we get to the main chamber and see a dragon word wall. I walk towards it and the power from the word wall flows around me and eventually sets "word of power learned" and the wall darkens. We turn to leave and then the floor collapses. We fall through with an "ahhhhh!!!!" And land piled on top of each other in a heap in this black iron cage. "Get off of me you two!!" Farkas says and pushes us off of him. The three of us stand up and look around. A Dunmer fellow walks in "what was that?! Oh, three new test subjects, perfect. And they look healthy, and strong too! Oh wonderful." I look at the body just outside the cage "and don't mind my assistant, he had...an accident." The Mage says creepily. I manage to loot the key from the body while our captor is turned away and then turn back to him saying "excuse me, creepy Mage guy? What exactly are you doing here? And can we go?" He walks over to the cage "humph, rude. 'What am I doing here?' Don't you have eyes girl? I'm conducting experiments! I will find what that wall does I tell you I will find it, then the college will let me come back!! But I don't need them, nooo. Let you go? preposterous idea." And continues pacing. "Um I actually know what it does. If you let us out I can show you." I reply. He whips around "YOU KNOW WHAT IT DOES?!" He practically yells, I nod. And he unlocks the cage door. "Here here here I'll lead you upstairs and you'll show me!" the Mage says excitedly, "damn this guy is creepy." I whisper to Farkas and he nods. We get to the main chamber and the Mage stands right near the edge of where the floor was broken. "Okay now, you. Girl. Tell me what the secret is." I stand behind him and slightly to the left "Well, the word wall has power in it that for the average person can talk years to learn. If you see those runes over there those are written in dragon, an ancient tongue only spoken by the dragons, obviously. The Greybeards and The Dragonborn. When the wall is glowing over a specific rune that means there is a word of power to be absorbed. But as its not glowing there's no word of power. That's what it does." The Mage looks at the word wall in awe "fascinating. Now, I'm sorry for this but I'll have to kill you now." He says and turns words us. My eyes narrow "not if I kill you first." I say darkly and kick him through the crack in the floor. He lands on his head from the audible crack that we heard. We cringe and look down "oooh that much have hurt. Okay let's go." I say and turn to leave "That would have definitely hurt. Guy fell on his neck for divines sake." Vilkas replied as we walk out. It's dusk by the time we get out. I search around for my horse and he's no where to be seen...typical. So the three of us walk back, go get dinner and then go back home and see Alea and tell her about our slightly crazy or at least interesting adventure of the day.
