Greetings friends! Flutistpride has a request for her OTP.

"Steve finds Caitlin with blood running down her arm as a result of self injury. Steves reaction is up to you."

Thank you for the prompt :) and here we go.

Steve walks into his home in minecraft, walks through the halls and gets to the living room. Here he finds Caitlin, his fiancé. She looks surprised and hides her arm quickly behind a pillow "S-Steve, why are you home early?" Caitlin asks. Steve sits down next to her "I wanted to see you, and band rehearsal was let out early." He replies. Caitlin stares at the floor "oh, okay." Her arm is still stuffed awkwardly behind the pillow, and Steve notices "whys your arm like that?" He asks looking at her curiously. Caitlin tries to look casual "like what?" She replies. "Stuffed behind the pillow like your hiding it." Caitlin withdrawals her arm from the pillow, showing her blood covered arm and hangs her head "I'm sorry." She mumbles. Steve takes her arm and inspects it, the cuts obviously from a knife, but not a sword. "Did you do this to yourself Caitlin?" Steve asks her quietly. She nods "I just feel so useless and terrible sometimes and I don't know what else to do!" Caitlin exclaims. Steve goes into the other room and comes back with a washcloth and bandages. He wipes off the dried blood and bandages the wound carefully, and tapes it. "That's better. And Caitlin, if you ever feel like doing this, please talk to someone about how you feel. But please please please try to not harm yourself." And hugs her tightly, she returns his embrace but is lighter, gentler. "Okay. I'll try." She replies.

Moral of the story: please talk to someone if you feel down or are self harming. It takes guts but it's better in the big scheme of things.
