Ah yes, I had recently gotten my fine/brush tip paint markers when I did that. I'm not a digital artist by nature so I'm very proud of that work. The elephants were drawn by Jack and I, I did the outline and larger details and he did the smaller details and I colored it. I was digging through my art chest and found that and I was like "ok I have time I'm going to do this." I think it turned out rather nice. That was you! I had no idea but thank you for the prompt it was fun to do, I hope I get more of them!
As for the prompts - Meredith and Jack - I will try. I knew just enough of the stories and what would interest people so it would work.
Jack - great work on those small details which are easy to see.
Fine and brush tip markers are wonderful. There was a year when I was about your age that I would use them all the time, especially the pink and orange ones. And the dark forest green and brown.
I wonder if your markers ever mix/blend into each other?
Art chests! They are golden! Thinking of a new space for my own artwork - 2d, 3d and digital.
Have just been squiggling myself while reading a Talk page for a Wikipedia Featured Article.
So stairwell = elephants.
I don't know that any of us are digital artists "by nature". The type that is like fingerpainting/water colour/sand art comes close to that for me.
Sploofus trivia quiz - one question a day.
Always good to have a "Tell me more about" [drawing/painting/graphic work]. Which comes back to the prompt question I explored in the first paragraph of this reply.
Also you can look under the tag OC Art Meme for other prompts. Thank you it took a while and my hand was dying after. The one in the blue frame's trunk was done with school markers and we were like "ahh there so bad compared to the paint markers!" There is a colorless blender that comes with it so yes. That stairwell is actually a part of Merediths room because she lives in a cape style house. I used Microsoft paint for my digital art piece. It is good to have something like that.
The cosplay costume is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteYeah it's one of my favorites too, next I'm making Anna's red dress and I'm really excited!
DeleteWho is the drawing with the brown back braid supposed to be?
DeleteOne of my Skyrim characters, Abigail Center. My thief.
DeleteThe one with the back braid and the green dress is probably one of my favourites.
ReplyDeleteClosely followed by the digital art.
I also enjoyed the cross stitch/fabric art. The green, blue and orange go very well together and it hangs well.
The two on the stairwell are brilliant.
[PS: I enjoyed what you drew for the art project in response to my ask about foodies and different expressions in LOTR headcanon].

DeleteOkay!
ReplyDeleteImage 471 is a knock-out - especially looking up close.
I particularly enjoy the drapes and lips. The profile and the shading are also terrific.
Thank you!
