Run away!!! (Issy)

I haven't written with Issy in such a long time and I want to. This is a story Isabelle but Anna,Farkas,Lani and Valan make appearances. It is set in Skyrim, specifically Whiterun hold in 4E 201.

I walk into the inn at Whiterun, The Bannered Mare and head upstairs to the room I'm sharing with Lani, I'm the first up and already ate breakfast, so, it's my job to wake everyone else up. I tap her on the shoulder and she blinks her eyes awake and gets up, I close the door behind me as I leave so she can get dressed. Then I head to the boys room, Valan and Lucien. Their on the other side of the inn up above the main hall,area,room...thing. I walk up the stairs and burst open the door to find the two of them still asleep in the beds that were there, Lucien is lying on his back and sleeping like a rock meanwhile Valan is curled up like a cat sleeping fairly peacefully but lightly. I guess Non 24 syndrome does that to you. I wake Lucien up first, or try at least. He eventually wakes up with a punch in the arm. I then walk across the room to Valan. "Valan. Wake up please." I say as I tap him on the shoulder and he sits up. "What do you want?" He asks sleepily. "We have to meet Anna and Farkas at 8:30. It's 7:45 now, I let you sleep longer then you were supposed to." The two of them get dressed and meet Lanriael and I downstairs. We eat breakfast and wait for our friends, they arrive just on time. We sit around a table close to the fire and discuss our plans, what plans?, you may be asking. We have a mission of sorts, we have to clear an old barrow of draugr (I can't spell today I'm sorry) and then kill the dragon that's at the top of it, most barrows start on the ground and end at an overlook at the top of a mountain. It's a 30 minute walk and 20 minutes by horseback. We chose to walk because most of us don't have horses or our horses leave whence we get there. We eventually get to the barrow, Anna knows her way around these places so we follow her. Whence inside we draw weapons, Lucien, Valan, Farkas and I draw swords. Valan starts a flame spell in his other hand and Lani and Anna have magic. We start through the crypt and not long after encounter a slew of draugr, we easily slay them and continue on. After a while we finally get to the overlook only to find that indeed there is a very large dragon there. Though it was expected it's still frightening. The dragon spreads its wings and almost jumps into the sky and starts flying. It opens its mouth and a steam of fire comes out. I jump out of the way narrowly dodging the dragons attack. It flys circles above us, Anna, Lani, Valan and I shoot it with fire balls and Lani conjured a bow. The dragon lands with a crash a few feet away from Anna, it opens its mouth, I pull Anna out of the way and say "Run Len!!!" To her as I half run and half drag her over to where our friends are standing. We rethink our strategy quickly and manage to eventually cut the dragon down. We sit tiredly on the old stones of the overlook resting, after a while of silence Valan asks "Hey Anna, how do you do this all the time?? I'm the nerevarine and even I don't have to do this!" Anna laughs and replies that most of the time she just runs away, like Monty Python "Run away!!!" That's an accurate description of our group of friends, faced with a tough enemy, first reaction "hahaha...nope *runs away screaming*" Today was fun, if you count walking for half and hour and then going through a scary Nordic dungeon to kill a dragon fun. I was mostly just happy to see my friends. Haha, now I'm imagining the "run away!!" Thing! Wow, go me the person who laughs at their own jokes.
